I think they're mostly all fun, but the girl in the upper left corner looks a little generic to me - like she came out of your head, rather than being a caricature of a real person. Maybe it's the cartoony smile, maybe it's the evenly spaced features and lack of detail. I wish she was as interesting to look at as the others.
I also really like the middle top guy, but it seems a little odd that you put a lot of detail in his upper teeth and none in his lower jaw - I think you should either put more detail below or none above, you know?
